Soy Energy Bites are one way to incorporate high-protein soybutter into your next snack. As Lisa Mardlin Vandewalle, registered dietician explains soybutter also contains fibre, which will keep you full longer. This recipe does not require baking, so it is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soybutter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins (or ingredient of your choice, like chocolate chips)
Servings:
Instructions
  1. • Stir together soybutter, honey and vanilla in a bowl until evenly mixed. • Add in the rest of ingredients and mix together until evenly distributed. • Roll the dough into1-1/2 inch balls. • Refrigerate the bites for 30 minutes. • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
