1lbboneless Ontario pork inside leg, cut into strips
2tsptaco seasoning, sodium-reduced
1/2eachred and green pepper, thinly sliced
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly
cook Pork in oil 1-2 minutes (pork will still be
pink inside). Add remaining ingredients and
simmer 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
