- 3.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 3/4 oz cream of coconut

- Fill ice reservoir with ice cubes.
- Pour ingredients in blending jar.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a goblet glass
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve with a strawberry.
